Wiltshire based addiction charity Action on Addiction wanted to move it's website to a more user friendly CMS platform, and build in new messaging opportunities without making major changes to site structure or design.

The Solsoft Web Development team recommended Kentico Content Management System as a solution which would be user friendly, provide a platform for future development, and importantly for the charity, be cost effective without any compromise on quality or functionality. 

Working within a tight deadline, Solsoft audited the site and proposed the addition of blog and media sections to the site which would provide new online communications channels for the Action on Addiction leadership team and also help fuel the charity's existing social media efforts.

We also built a more visually appealing homepage with a content slider to highlight key messages, more prominent donation link, and feeds to the blog, news, and media sections.

Action on Addiction relies on the robustness of the Solsoft hosting platform to cope with massive spikes in traffic that follow high profile news stories
